Shipping Policy

Shipping Address Verification:
To ensure successful delivery, please verify the accuracy of your shipping address. Ensure it matches the address associated with your payment method to avoid any discrepancies, which could lead to delays or order cancellations.

Address Changes:
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please review your order details, including the shipping address, before confirming your purchase. If an incorrect address is provided, we can only cancel the order if it is unfulfilled, allowing you to place a new order with the correct address. We are not liable for lost products or additional fees if an order is shipped to an incorrect address, and no refunds will be issued.

Claims:
Claims related to FedEx and UPS shipments can only be processed and approved by our company. Approved claims will result in the reshipment of the original items. Our claims process does not include exchanges, refunds, or store credit, ensuring a streamlined resolution for shipment issues.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Liability:
We take great care in packaging your order, but Valabasas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Once handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with them. Contact the courier directly if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Order Tracking:
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress on our website or the carrier’s tracking system.

Package Delivery and Security:
Packages will be left at the address specified in your order. To prevent theft or loss, we recommend using the courier’s app to modify delivery instructions, such as requesting the package be placed behind a bush or at the back door.

Return to Sender (RTS) Packages:
If a package is returned to us as “Return to Sender” (RTS) due to rejection or failure to receive the delivery, we will refund the cost of the items, excluding shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases. Refunds will be processed once the items are returned to our facility.

International Shipping Policy:
We strive to provide a seamless international shipping experience. Use our currency converter tool to view prices in your preferred currency, and pay for duties and taxes at checkout to avoid surprise fees upon delivery. For international shipments, we use reliable services like FedEx Economy, which typically deliver within 2-3 business days, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery.
